Are your products pet safe? 

Yes! Everything we use — from deodorizer to equipment — is 100% pet-safe and veterinarian-approved. We scoop like we’d do it for our own furry family.
What happens if it rains? 

We scoop rain or shine! If weather conditions make it unsafe (lightning, flooding), we’ll reschedule your visit at no charge and notify you ASAP.
Do I need to be home? 

Nope! As long as we have access to your yard, we can scoop whether you’re home or not. If there’s a gate code or key, just let us know — we’ll handle the rest.
Where does the waste go? 

We double-bag and place waste in your designated outdoor trash bin. If you’d prefer we haul it away, just request our waste removal add-on at checkout.
